Wind Project — Estimated Energy Production
This page presents the estimated energy production for the Tulcea Wind Project. Energy yield estimates are based on long-term measured wind data, turbine performance characteristics, and conservative loss assumptions.

Energy Yield Modelling Approach
Estimated energy production has been calculated using validated wind measurement data and manufacturer power curves for the selected turbine model. Industry-standard modelling methodologies have been applied to ensure realistic and bankable results.
Production Estimates
- Annual Gross Energy Production: approximately 508,308 MWh
- Annual Net Energy Production: approximately 479,782 MWh
- Average Net Production per Turbine: approximately 19,991 MWh
Loss Factors & Adjustments
Energy production estimates incorporate a range of loss factors to reflect real-world operating conditions. These include wake losses, electrical losses, availability assumptions, and other operational considerations.
Wake losses across the wind farm are estimated at approximately 5.61%. All assumptions have been applied conservatively to support robust financial modelling.
Detailed financial impacts of energy production are addressed within the Financials section.
